Found a possum in my pool last with guilt, shame and fear written all over it so I took pity on the critter and got it out with my pole and brush then it ran off relieved I didn't kill it like I really wanted to. Next day I found 3 permanent poop stains on the bottom from where it scared itself falling in I guess so I got the pleasure of again cleaning what had been a freshly cleaned pool yesterday morning. It doesn't know how lucky it is I didn't kill it but the stupo was moping on the step like a dog that just pooped the carpet.

Possums get a pass around here, well actually most critters get a pass around here. We both enjoy watching all the wildlife as long as they're not destructive or threatening.  As for Coyotes, it's a death sentence if they are found on the property.

Very much, and thank you.  Everywhere I've lived I've improved the land and structures.  The home I rented after my last divorce, I took out 14 trees, relocated runoff from a poorly-set culvert (moved the entire drainage basin 50 feet further away), rebuilt the back deck, repaired the mower that came with the rental, terraced the back mud yard and planted clover.  The place I owned with the ex, I cleared behind the fence a good 20 yards (it was overgrown into the fence when we bought the home), repaired the shed and car-port, knocked the squirrel population into submission (after they caused way beaucoup $$ in damage to homes in my cul-de-sac)...  My original home in VB, I did so much work the property value tripled when other homes only doubled.

This property we're working on is going to be our home once we finish.  We're putting a 60x30 Qonset hut on ~7 acres, with another 7 adjacent owned by family.  We've added to existing skill sets and acquired more equipment.  Along the way I found our CR-V is a nearly ideal logging truck for skidding  trees; we moved some 30" trunk section about 12 feet long, cleared enough smaller stuff to warrant renting a big Vermeer chipper for a weekend, and we've gone through ~ 2 of the BIG spools of .155 trimmer line, 3 sets of blades for our Husqvarna, multiple tune-ups, 7 spools of .095 trimmer line, and who-knows-how-many-hours of work.  I'm lucky my wife enjoys the work as much as I do, and I'm equally lucky I don't have to babysit anything she does.  She's taken a few trees down, skidded them up the property without help, and she isn't afraid to pick rocks up and move 'em.  By rocks, I mean 2+ feet across we had to sling and strap, then drag on a spur-of-the-moment travois- using the same aforementioned CR-V      Her step-father is a rigger with his own company, and happened to drop off 4 40 gallon barrels of failed/discarded harnesses, slings, straps, and rope.  We've put that to good use.

Any way, that sums it up.  Moving forward, we're going to be paddling the river most weekends since we have over 100 yards frontage on the south bank of the upper James River.  There's boat ramps 6 miles upstream and 7 downstream, a couple big honey-holes for catfish and smallmouth bass literally where we picnic on the bank of our property, and longnose gar often show up.

I have 6 or 7 packages arriving today but. I am going to get a haircut and then I will concentrate on the list my wife has of what we need to get done before our trip. I came up with half of the items for me to do on the list and my wife came up with the rest, team work  .

I decided to see if I can locate a new fresh water tank for my Skyline 2008 Nomad 2670. So CA is a RV manufacturing Hub so I will probably have better luck getting a replacement here.

Well I called my barber shop and my preferred barber is not working until Thursday this week, so the haircut will wait.

Well let's see how the rest went, I received 6 packages, almost finished getting dad and mom's stuff cleaned out of the RV, got a new mattress in it with a new mattress pad, the new sheet set that came today was king size instead of the queen size I ordered (the package had both size labels on it) , so I set up the return and ordered another set from a different vender.

I talked to a RV repair shop and I may be able to get the water tank locally in stock, but need to remove and measure it, didn't get that done today.

I put a front fender on my 1969 CT90, after I received it and did some light metal work on it. I think when I wash it it will match pretty good for now. After I get it running great, I will paint it anyway. I received the tools for doing the engine today but I think it will be the end of the month before I get around to rebuilding it. The new seat foam and cover will be here tomorrow and a few other parts.

I've just spent a few hours sorting through random paperwork in my office.   It's piled up in a not too organized fashion all over my desk, workbench, furniture, floor and assorted flat surfaces.   What is all this &^^&?   It's not even the bills.    I hate paperwork and I'm not good at organizing it.   I resent the piles on my workbench, that's where I work on AGs.

The deep freeze on my small boat packed up because it lost all gas . I pulled the condenser out of the boat ang inspected it  very simple condenser consisting in two concentic tubes . The raw water tube was clogged with black gunk . Had to ream it out wirh drills and many abrasive patches   still going after a lot off patient abrasion and a vit more to go  The condenser tubes are copper   The antfoul on the boat is black  and copper based  . It is also ablative. Over its many years of sailing the antifoul must have been accumulating in the condenser tube   The labouring is done so now I will have to get a refrigeration bloke to put it all together for me
