I've done that several times over the years Kris and it's very rewarding to enjoy the trails afterward....until I find another tree over the fence then the repair cycle repeats again. I have some trail clearing I need to do at the moment but haven't done it yet. Should've during the winter when it wasn't so hot and humid out with all the bugs around.
With neighbors like that who needs enemies....I just do a little trail trimming at a time then switch to other tasks I can do without hurting. With 40 acres of trails that's a lot of work! My 20 acres feels like too much for me at times.

I think at times a single cell amoeba has more brains than they do. As for trail trimming, I have a bunch of that to deal with. I try to cut everything above the ROPS on the tractor, that was something doesn't get caught with it and slap me in the face. I do have a chipper/shredder to grind most of it up and not have piles for rats to nest in.

Afterwards the hunters could feast on squirrel and dumplings, squirrel pie, squirrel kabobs, squirrel chili and squirrel jerky. Sign me up! 🎯🎯🎯

Sign me up! 🎯🎯🎯My cousin's place is more target rich than mine and his wife is a good cook, they don't eat squirrel so they employee me to do the removal. I have limited out several times over there. They would not have a problem with an army with air guns to take out the limb rats. What did I do today, did my usual platelet donation, stopped at TSC to get waters and bird food for the doves, pick up some play sand so can start more blueberries later this year when they go dormant, and check my mail. Second storm of the year, first in the season is on my radar right now, hopefully it will be a rain maker and not a CAT5 menace this weekend.
I met the sunrise out in the Red Shed at 5:30 this morning. I finished up the wiring of 5 new outlets. I now have 5 live outlets and 5 switched for lighting. Those are on 2 separate breakers. I also have a double breaker (turned off) and wiring for 220 left over from the hot tub if I ever have a need for it.Now I can get back to airgun related stuff.

Not yet, seem like the 4 footers have tripled in price. We're gonna hole off for yard sales and such. But, it's all wired and ready.
