Walked for 35 minutes around the park at 6 p.m..

No work today, so I just swept the surroundings, pulled weeds, watched Netflix, then took a nap for an hour before the walk.

Go to Traditional Mass tomorrow: it’s a Latin mass where the priest does not face you.

I spent several hours with wire brushes and phosphoric acid conserving a cast iron smelting pot and an antique "Box Cut Axe".  I also made a new handle for an antique turpentine "Hack".  I've been collecting my antique saws, axes, Herty pots, gutters, and various tools associated with the Naval Stores Industry together for an interpretive program I'll be giving at tomorrow's worm gruntin festival.  The 1910 John Deere "Ironclad" farm wagon got loaded on the flatbed and hauled up to town early so I don't have to fool with it in the a.m.

Did the first mow of the season of my church yard and attached schoolyard today. I have done it for the last 3 summers, still doesn't get old! Found it's a good place to let my "perfectionism" out in making a pretty striped yard.

I was not born to mow and yet I'm sure to spend at least eight hours a week mowing for the rest of the summer.

And then there's stick edging and string trimming.  At work.

I used my battery powered string trimmer and blower from 10:00 to 5:45, I am going to be sore. All those areas a mower can't do are a little much for one day, I just can't stop in the middle of things.
 
I drank lots of Propel because I was sweating a lot, it was nice at 75°F but a little warm in the sun to be working as hard as I was. Oh well, it looks good for tomorrow now, and I am happy about that!   

Now I need to go soak in an Epson Salts Bath to get my back relaxed.

Went sailing in Karehana Bay  light wind and very warm. Put the big area cherry up and got 3.7 knots  that is a very big sail and we can get up to a close reach  not a sail for brisk wind.  Bit of a handful in moderate weather cracker day on the water today
