Sorry to hear that, Scott. We have 2 dogs on permanent meds, they’re doing good, about 2-3 years now. They’re 9 & 10 years old, different problems. But I remember how bad it was, can’t ask the dog what they’re feeling and the vets do pretty good, but not always quite right. Hopefully, you’ll get it figured out.

Problem is now at 6:30 she acts just fine... full of pi$$ and vinegar!!!
How do you diagnose that?

Exactly. My little dog takes prednisone for incontinence due to another med she takes for addisonians disease. The addissonians was scary, but eventually fixed with shot she gets every month. Then she was fine, just pee’d everywhere... my wife was having a meltdown. Now the dog is fine, a shot a month, a pill every morning. Maybe ask your vet to test for addisonians. It’s a pretty weird disease, is treatable, fatal if not treated.

Today I pulled my crabpots. I got sixteen mature Blues, all seven or eight inches across. Not a great haul ( It should have been twenty five or thirty crab), but one of my traps was empty and the other was raided (They left the pot on the bank). Anyhoo. It was enough for a good dinner for the family

Nice catch, Carter! We don’t have crab in land-locked A-R-Kansas. I miss the blue claws from NJ, where I’m originally from. (Don’t miss the taxes though)

My oldest Granddaughter and I started my Olive Mixture today.
It was here first time helping mix the pieces.
She did all the dumping of Olives and Whole Mushrooms, she cleaned the celery, and skinned the Garlic.
After that she washed all the pots and pans used in rinsing and cutting pieces for the mixture.

I mix together Queen's Olives, Whole Mushrooms, Sliced Garlic, and Large Diced Celery, with Vinegar, Oil, and Oregano. I put it in large glass containers, let it set in its own juices until T-Day, rotating the jar every day to two, to get the mixture moved around and not let anything set oin one place more than a day or two.
Sometimes I need more Garlic or Vinegar then the batch sets again until Christmas when I make up some smaller jars for Gifts to friends.

My Granddaughter seems sssoooo happy to day, she was very proud of herself doing so many of the processes for this mixture... which she loves the taste of but now she can say she helped.
Soon I will have her making it and I will just supervise.

Ok so that wasn't anywhere or how related to Airguns but if I could get every member to taste it, you would understand why I do it. Although simple in nature, it is a recipe past down through the family now it will be hers too and she can add her own modification to fit her tastes.
My change was adding the whole Mushrooms and increased the amount of Vinegar and a little more fresh garlic.

Drove up to Sedona with my Daughter #3 and went rock crawling in a big pink Jeep on an insane trail called the Broken Arrow.....Had an absolute BLAST!!!!!

FYI... This is my daughter #3 who at 28 had a VERY evasive breast cancer and had a double mastectomy, chemo , the works. Now 34 and cancer free.
She is living life to the fullest!
Every once in a while we would reach the top of a mesa and could get out for photo ops.
The last pic is me ahead of our 35"ish" driver... It was our last stop on the journey for us to get get out and stretch our legs....He was amazed how I could climb for a 57 yo and was trying to figure me (pregnant spider monkey) out the whole time...but then, there was my Daughter leading the way in earnest, yelling "DAD DAD DAD"!!!!
Hahhahaha!

Now I miss my JK Jeep!

I took my Dad's John Deere around the yard and defiantly chopped the relentless leaves into tiny pieces giving the impression of a freshly raked yard ..muhahahahahaha!!

The 1998 RV has seen a few roof patches in it's life and had a couple leaks. This should take care of that.
I put a new winch on my ATV a while back and the first time I used it the 1/4" steel cable went off the spool and jammed up. Yesterday, instead of watching RV sealer dry, I took the winch off and cut all the steel cable out and replaced it with braided nylon cable. What a bird's nest that was. $:-\$
Instead of watching the second coat of sealer dry today, Betty Lou and I are going to tackle cleaning off the rear deck and burning fallen limbs from around the property.

Way to go Scott. Beautiful country and a lovely lady.
On a more bucolic note, I dropped four crab pots back in the flats and checked the seine yards for mullet. No joy yet. At the boat ramp small children avoided my truck with expressions of revulsion on their faces. After two weeks of steady crabbing the funk from the stack of traps in back is pretty ripe but I hardly notice it anymore. Must be getting old. Anyhoo I'm now officially a man of leisure. I've got two days off and my pots are in the water. I'm guaranteed to eat crab tomorrow night regardless of how poorly I do hunting!

Wired my new shop heater in and tried it out. It doesn't blow as hot as I thought it would. I'm going to check into that to see if that's how they are supposed to operate.

It seems that every time I pull out the wheelbarrow the tire is flat. I keep a hand pump on my 4-wheeler to air up low tires on my little dump trailer so I grab it to air the tire. This has been going on for ~~years~~ decades. Saturday I grabbed the wheelbarrow,
aired up the flat tire and pushed it about 80 yards to the compost bin. I did some shovel work looked down.....it was flat. Okay....
Enough is enough.
Today I replaced that thorn in my flesh with a Flat-free tire. A feeling of peace is now is flowing through my veins.

I was so happy I painted the inside of the.....pan I guess it is called.
