I really don't think 1 yd +- is gonna affect poi in golf or air gunning.
Still seems more accurate than the old days..... paces.

Bill the one I am sending back rarely got it correct (correct +/- a yard),  more often than not the next reading was 5 to even 10 yards off.

If it's cousin wasn't right on the money I would have just chalked it up as "ya get what ya pay for" but that golf Rangefinder was almost hilarious.  Example: Read 17 yards then next reading, same position 24 yards, actual measured distance was 15 yards. I giggled then got angry when I noticed this happened almost every time.
