No really.... every now and then a deal comes around that is just too good to be true. That completely goes against the adage... if it sound too good to be true.. it is.
Examples include;
The Beeman P17 - $32
The Gamo Urban - $179
Yong Heng compressor - sub $250.... albiet, sort of a gamble.
I'm sure there are many more.
However, there have been one or two that bought one of these guns and got a lemon. These are sold as 'parts guns'.

Anyone seen my legs? I've misplaced my legs !

I have a set of bipod legs like the ones on Firecat (see pic).
I wanted to mock them up to determine placement of the 1" picatinny rails on both sides of the fore stock.
Oh well, they'll turn up when I'm looking for something else. I just saw them a couple days ago.

Once again a great GTA member comes to the rescue.
I posted a WTB in the classifieds for a fill probe.
Within a few short hours Hoteltwofive offered one up and of course, won't let me pay for it.
So, I'll be looking for an opportunity to pay it forward.

I'm wondering if a split bi pod could be attached to each side of the for grip. Have it fold forward so the pump handle won't hit or your hand either.

Beats the $400 I put out for mine and still had to work on it to get it shoot right.

Speaking of probes, I bought a Freedom when they first became available, works fine except for a very slow leak I haven't bothered to fix yet. A friend ordered a $100 gun and I ordered three. No probes or magazines with any of the $100's. My friend's $100 won't accept a Freedom probe, I think they forgot to drill the stepped up hole, It's slender all the way down. I was able to fill it with an Edgun probe. Also I have noticed that 2 of my guns have steel balls in the air bleed and two have plastic flaps where the ball goes. One of my $100's holds air the other two don't, must have bad check valves. None of them pump so will need new third stage seals I imagine.
