Someone; needs to come up with an 'ammo box' for pellet guns that accommodate full tins of pellets and accessories!

I have several tray boxes like this with sections for pellets. I never had an issue as long as the lid is tight enough to keep the pellets separate. This box will just keep it all together. Plenty for a day of shooting anything.
BTW... the top tray will hold tins.

I picked up a couple of "pencil bags" a while back.  Two different colors, gray being .177 and the other one .22.  They are round bags, just the right diameter for most .177 500 count pellet tins, although the smaller 250 count tins fit OK between the others.  They have heavy duty zippers and work real nice for keeping pellet tins separated by caliber in my range bag.

I was at harbor freight and saw no reason to waste the visit.
I used to spend $16 on the first round at the bar.

That's not bad, thing is I jump around pellet types a lot, from JSB Heavys, to H&N FTT, Then some sniper magnums, etc. For me right now it is easier to just toss the tins all in a box and grab whichever tin I want at the minute.

That's pretty much what I do, as well.  It's just easier to keep the different calibers in different "sleeves".  Right now I've got about 8 or 10 different pellets in either bag.  Unzip, quickly glance through for the pellet tin desired, pull it out and start shooting.  When one tin's about empty I'll put a fresh one of the same kind in there as well, that way once the tin IS empty the fresh tin is at hand.  Meanwhile, back at home, the pellet stash is no where near as organized.

LOL, sounds like me, I got pellets in every room in the house, down in the shop, in the cabinet out on the deck and in the truck. Having a kit like this, at least, puts samples of each in one place.

Oh hey, I almost forgot...
Out of curiosity I asked at HF if they had any silicone oil. They tried to sell me 3 different things in spray can and some air tool oil.
No silicone oil at HF.

Hey Bill, trying to fab a fill probe and would like to verify measurements if you have a way to measure. Particularly interested in the area near the orings, i.e.  how far the orings sit from the bottom of the probe, as well as the outlet hole, diameter too.  I have it almost finished except the oring groves and outlet hole. No worries if not, think I have the measurements close.

I had ordered The BSA probe on the left in the link below.  While it works in my Liberty I cannot get it to seal in my Freedom.  I tried all kinds of O-rings but no go.

 The long Freedom probe does go to almost full depth in a Freedom when it is fully seated, for a reference to the proper fit.

Waiting for my Nova Freedom .22 to arrive, it was purchased last Monday thanks to the post in the bargain gate. I almost bought a Nova Liberty on Black Friday but didn't push the button. ATI will notify me when they have more wooden stocked .22 liberty "parts guns" in stock. Donny Fl makes a UNF 1/2 adapter for the Liberty. Does anyone know if it will work on the Freedom?

Just in from the beach (had day off) will get going on the probe project this week after work.  Silicone is coming in, so may not even need it, crossing fingers the oil will help my pump problems on both guns.. Haven't been able to fire one gun because it wont pump (hence the probe fab), and I am guessing that is why it was returned.  We shall see!

I've got a bunch of cheap brass fill probes on the way from China. One of them is intended to be modified to become the Freedom rear fill probe and another one will become the front "pre-charge" probe. Delivery isn't for a few weeks so no joy any time soon. Brass is soft enough I can remove material and reshape them on my wood lathe or drill press with adequate precision.

I'm going to try to get the dash# o-rings to work, even though I think a lot of the standard probes may use metric sized o-rings. I have bags of 1000 of each dash size below (Amazon <$5) in my parts bin.

Attached drawing is to scale based on background grid.
Dimensions below are edge to center for holes and o-ring grooves.
Dimensions were derived directly from measuring the ports on my Freedom rifles.

Rear fill probe O.D. (metal)= 0.312"
Dash-008 Buna 70A o-rings (may need the harder 90A)

Tip to first o-ring = 0.095"
Tip to air-hole = 0.188"
Tip to second o-ring = 0.280"
Tip to probe stop = 0.920"

Front pre-charge probe port O.D. (metal) = 0.266"
Dash-007 Buna 70A o-rings (may need the harder 90A)

Tip to first o-ring = 0.095"
Tip to air-hole = 0.188"
Tip to second o-ring = 0.280"
Tip to probe stop = 0.375"

If your probes are made as well as those single shot trays you may have to create a waiting list for customers. Both of my guns pump up and hold pressure but that's not saying I wont go to a hand pump at some point. From what i can see in the photo they look identical to the original.
