Mounted this Weaver on a Super-Grade. Fabricated rear mount to use existing hole in receiver. It worked well, although had to place hand over scope to pump.
I really like this setup for a Supergrade. Great mod on the rear mount. Would moving the forward mount give you enough room for the free hand? Seems like there's enough room underneath the scope.

Terry  here are some closeups of that mount. No markings on it but must be Sheridan specific because of the pellet loading cutout and it's even notched for the cam plate cover. Too bad you have to drill and tap the receiver for mounting because that gun is near mint. Looks like it was never used. They replaced the bolt with a turned down one to clear the scope.

Good idea Marty. You got me to thinking. The forward mount could even be moved ahead of the receiver band and a longer scope, like a Weaver B6, could be used. I'll try that next time. Thanks!
