I’ll buy one.
Maybe they picked the wrong two.
Call 'em as I see 'em.Would be one thing to announce the creation and be available come spring....if they got it together by mid-winter, would be thrilled that it got together early.Another thing to put out a "teaser" early, then a long long wait until it became availiable. In the first situation, they are being honest...in the second, it's using the "airgun nuts' as test-marketing.So as I see it (calling it the way I see it)….if it's a worth the advanced announcement, it has to be worth the wait....and will stand the test of time, and I'll pick one up later rather than sooner. If it doesn't last until "later", then it didn't really deserve the pre-hype.Yeah....that is kind of negative....but name 5 PCP rifles that are the SAME now as they were in 2008....there are some...and likely they are still the same because they filled a need then and now.
I believe some members, I will count myself as one, are just plain weary of pronounces, teases, pre-orders, and the like. It gives one a jaded edge to the proclamations regardless of good intentions.
I'm sure whatever you're cooking Travis, its going to be awesome. Take your time and do it right.
It would appear that no good deed goes unpunished?
When is the Marauder sidelever coming out?
Have no dog in this fight but am amazed at the number of negative nellys on GTA. Sounds like a lot of people pre-ordered an extremely high dollar product with a substantial down payment and are upset it's not on schedule. Four weeks? I know gunsmiths with backlogs measured in doudle digits months and you have to give them money in advance. I'm interested in seeing the product when you get it on the market..
If you want to talk about teasers, how about the "HAMMER" it's been kicking around for over a year or more, and still not for sale, as far as I know.
