Cause happiness is winning a period 1, Crosman 101 last night for under $100.
Wow Steve... Congrats!
I get off on winning eBay auctions for a few of them, including my lifetime fav, the model 70. Then restoring or restomodding them with internal upgrades so they not only look great again, but perform a bit better as well. And it is my considered opinion that whoever says restoring one lowers the value just wants something good for nothing. Get in line behind the low-baller. Restoring it to it's former glory, leaving a couple, " character marks" is way better than leaving it as a rusty pos. That in itself is a grave injustice. A close-up look at my resto's will bare this out.

All they need is a little dusting off and maybe a trigger tune (or Rekord addition, as is the case with my Beeman HW) and they are as great as when they were first released.Plus side is that they never lose their appeal, value, or ability to shoot well.
