How does that saying go ? .... something like How sweet FRESH MEAT !! simply stating freshly painted target for your visual pleasure !
For those in the club who will read this ... Plan on investing some time being we're going to have a challenging 52/54ish shot match, Time for a good lunch and time to give away the goodies to those members who have spent time shooting with us in 2018.
** This match however is still open for new shooters who wish to get in a match before winter closes the door on us ... so if you have ever wanted to see or play the game of FIELD TARGET, set Sunday October 28 on your MUST DO calendar.

Hijack...
I have a lead ingot, formed from re-cycled pellets.
If you are casting bullets for your Black Powder rifle, or bullets for your air rifle, this is perfect.
I figure it weighs more than five pounds..
Anyone shooting at Yolo this weekend can have it.

Alright !! ..... The "Lipstick on a Pig" special edition AR2079 ( QB-79 ) set up as a WFTF gun is all dialed in and shooting well enough to compete against the likes of STEYR, THOMAS, DAYSTATE & USFT guns !
For those who are not in the loop, we are having quite a few of us shooting 12 FPE guns this Sunday for the shear fun and challenge of doing so.  Feeling adventurous ??? join in the craziness !

I guess I could bring the 1720T.
It is shooting just below 12fpe.
I could do as well with it as I do with my rifles.
I will shoot it today and see how I feel.
My only other 12fpe arm is the HW35 and it will never wear glass.
Hmm...Maybe I will shoot it wwith the peep! :o

Glad you can make it Mark!

I was hoping to be shooting at 12fpe with you guys (10fpe actually), but I haven't had enough time to finish getting my HW50 ready.  I installed a different trigger blade, readjusted the trigger (you'd be proud Mark  ;D),  and am marking up a larger sidewheel.  It's the ranging that I didn't have time to complete.  I also switched from FTT's which for some reason have started shooting like trash, to shooting AA 10.3's  :o.  They are super accurate... but slow.  The issue is that my ranging has to be DEAD ON past 35 yards because of the speed these big boys are moving and how quickly they drop.  I expect to have it ready for the November match.

Cool project, Zack!
Makes me think I need to start developing another rifle.
I must surely be the only guy around with only one gun!

Westerly winds at about 8-10 knots.
Low pressure trough in the central valley with a slow-moving, weak cold front moving on shore for most of Sunday.
Rain along the coast north of Ft Bragg..

So I took the 1720t out in the pistol configuration and didn’t do to well.
Put the stock on and I wa much better but with the pistol only having a 12X it is a bit challenging.
So, I will bring the TX..
