They never showed up, and the management company is supposed to be there early tomorrow so I believe my mom is going to retrieve it later this evening after giving them a bit more time to potentially show up.
I'd hate for someone from the management company to throw it away because it doesn't work.

I can't really blame my mom for not wanting to make assumptions, Andrew  wouldn't really want to keep something if they had intended to return for it either.

This little 312 was placed on the back burner since it was buffed. I never got around to treating it with Tri-/Flow knowing there was one other issue to take care of, & has since tarnished over. I have an off day today so I will dissemble, buff, treat with TF, adjust the piston rod, & run him through the chrony. He should be headed your way possibly tomorrow or at the latest Thursday.

I can't guarantee it'll stay shiny forever but I will try my best to keep it wiped down so it doesn't go too yellow.

Btw I did not know what these rear sights looked like and it seemed like there was just a sight base there I the picture, but I just didn't know what they look like.
I've gotta say that the rear sight they came up with for these is super cool, I really do find it to be a neat ingenious bit of engineering.
It's like simplicity at it's best. Sure Crosman has many simpler, but they're a pain to keep in place while locking the screws back down.
