This dirty rotten sock tucker got one a while back... on his cross country journey.
 It was a surprise. I applied it to his car while Don was asleep.

I had to adjust the scope mount on the HW30S.   It slid back on the receiver grooves.   I was a little surprised that it happened on such a low power springer.  Torqued it down a bit tighter this time.

Tried that... I think it stuck even harder.

I did the same thing a few years ago. Got a dollar store mini muffin pan for the job and it does the trick. Crosman tins work well for holding RWS pellets since RWS does not have the sense to thread their lids. Love Meisters but hate the tins.

It was late.. I eye-balled one of Hoosier Momma's cupcake pans but the the ramifications would have been "not good".
 Today I am going to chuck it back in the melting pot hoping the lead melts first and I can just pluck out the remainder of the tin.
I think I will throw in the remainder of the Piranha's I have... those shoot like poo in any gun I own.
  This is boarder-line Alchemy now.

I unpacked my DAR Gen 3 .22 from Pyramid and my UTG classic 3-12 from cheaper than dirt(ya I know, I try not to do business with them but they are the only ones who have my favorite and discontinued PCP rifle scope in stock). DAR as received had 100 Bar in the tank . Out of the box the trigger is sweet, I am optimistic.

My condolences James.  Being sick during the winter inhales sharply!  At least in the summer you can sit and bake in the sun!

I got my .22 caliber Hatsan mod 125 out and ran a variety of recently acquired pellets through it.  Nothing new here.  It really likes Air Arms 16gr domes and pretty much shuns anything else.  I shot way too many pellets though.  These things are expensive!

I’m ready to go hog hunting now.  The mod 125 is dialed in.

It tells the story for a lot of us. I grew up on a farm and striking off with my dog and  BB gun is one of my most pleasant memories.
