A few things have changed over at Crosman in just the past year, they recently got sold again so I hear. Hopefully through some recent contact I will be able to pass along some ideas to them. Looks as though the guy in charge is on the ball. I'm expecting something new from them in the mail sometime this week and hope to report back here soon.
We are just irrelevant to their future... If they made what we want it would be incredibly expense and attract a very small market.

I think our interests run the gamut... I mean, our interests and builds spawn from the available market. I see a most beneficial relationship between us and the manufacturers. If they would listen (I'm talking to YOU Crosman, about the Fortitude!)... WE are the market... Or at least, it is we who keeps the market going. It's certainly not the average kid getting a bb gun. It's also not the company/engineers themselves- how many of them do you think are actually interested in airgus? The manufacturers would be remiss if they completely ignored what is being discussed here, and other forums. I'm sure they're here, lurking in the shadows... gathering ideas and such. If a company were smart, they would have a section dedicated to directly interacting with people on the forums. I think that would go a long way to drive the market forward, and give the customers a warm-and-fuzzy with regards to the company/customer relationship. Improvements and innovations would come about faster, that's for sure!

I’d imagine them reading a DT Fletcher book and crying themselves to sleepWe are just irrelevant to their future. They have to plan for what will attract enough future buyers to keep them in business and make a profit. If they made what we want it would be incredibly expense and attract a very small market.
