First Outing With The Flash

First time out with the Hatsan Flash QE .25.

Well the first time past 15 yds in the back yard and 10 yds in the house. First thing I noticed is how quiet it is, just a "thunk" sound and really nothing from the muzzle I could tell when out in the open, then just a smack sound when it hit the target. There were quite a few shots in between with some H&N's that were grouping just as well. I have a really cheap 4x32 on it right now and I was having trouble with the 1" circles, can't wait for a "real" scope!

Also this was my first practical use of ChairGun, zeroed at 30 yds, showed 2 1/2" drop at 50 and it was right on. Set up 5 empty 12 ga shells at 50 yds, just estimated holdover (duplex reticle) and only missed once. Very Accurate for me so far. Happy with my choice for an EL PCP.

I did some tweaks to elevation between the two top and the bottom target, maybe too much but was only concerned with groups. Also on the bottom target 2&3 are not as nice as the others but I don't know what it's doing until I get the Chono, likely it was me.

great results on your first time out....
got our flash-pup in today and ran around to the back of the barn to the chrony using rws hobbies at first....1020fps
and 970fps with cpdum's.
both lasted a while thru-out 2600-1400psi.
i'm wondering about a regulator for this flash now.
if it can do 950fps@1400, then i want a reg set to that rating.
but, i've been told the air-tubes are not removable...
so i guess the reg is not possible ?? 
very strong shooter i must say in stock form.

if it can do 950fps@1400, then i want a reg set to that rating.

Huma is making one for it, not sure about availability but it's on there site. It does come off. The video is awful but it does show the process.
