Hello all! I've found a fairly mint Beeman GT600 in the local-ish area that has piqued my interest. It looks nice in the picture, the seller says it's only been fired about 25 times, and I've been thinking about adding a decent-to-mid quality .177 springer to practice tuning on. I've read up on this model and think it's one I'd like to grab.
However... The gentleman is asking far too much for this airgun. All I've been able to find of used GT600's actually selling on the internet have been between $45-$60 but I haven't been able to find one sold since 2012. He was asking $150 but pretty quickly came down to $100. I was wondering what the concensus is on these, and if that is a fair price for one of these older springers in today's market?
Any help would be appreciated!

Don't know much about them. Always have been intrigued by Norica and Cometa but zero product support in U.S. so I haven't bought any. I don't care to have to scrounge for parts, that's why I'll be selling off my excellent CZ634 as soon as I find a replacement for a broken trigger guard screw.

Good luck,

Unless you're really locked in on a GT 600 you may want to look for something else. Your post suggests you're looking for a fair to mid quality springer to practice tuning. From what I read about the trigger I would not place that gun in that classification.
I suggest doing a web search on that model to learn its shortcomings. There was a review done on it.
