hatsan QE replacement baffles and cups

i have designed and sent out 3 sets for testing and have sold 2 sets to members here that state my design is quieter than the original hatsan internals.
a member here recorded 4db quieter than stock on a 25 cal bullboss.

my new design includes 2 piece baffel,and 2 cups to replace the large hole factory aluminium cups.
all you will need is a QE airgun.just the baffles are a solid 3-4db difference,with my cups 4-5 db difference.

instructions
unload and place your hatsan on safety.
unscrew your muzzle cap,remove the cap and oring.
use a long pick to remove both factory baffles that are wrapped in white felt.
put the felt on the side.
reach in with your long pick to remove both aluminium cups.
pay attention to the orientation of parts.
drop in the new cups in the same orientation as the originals.
hold the 2 baffel halves together,wrap the lower half of baffle with the factory felt and slide that half into the shroud.now wrap the upper half of the baffel with the factory felt and slide it down into the shroud.push in all the way.
now install the original oring and hand tighten the factory muzzle cap.
if you installed the felt correctly the baffles will self center when you slid it into the shroud.
once installed youll see your poi has shifted,resight your and enjoy.

(note) some hatsan barrels are bored off center,if yours is off center this will become a problem for these baffles.mostly on 25 cal,due to tight tolerances a 25 cal pellet average is 6.35mm dia,my baffles bore is 6.90mm diameter.if your bore is off center odds are the pellet will clip the baffle.
177,22,and 25 cal baffles are all identical for this sale.i can modify for other hatsan QE calibers upon request.

i has been on a hatsan 25 bullboss for over 1200 rounds fired no issues.
i personally installed this set in a new hatsan vortec 95 177 cal,and i can hear the shot cycle and ping from the piston slam,followed by the pellet hitting the target.
