Wow,that is a crown work,great results.
Thanks guys, it definitely surprised me. Wayne, I’m not sure if this one has the old design or new design. Do you know how to distinguish them? Brian, with the hacksaw I just try to maintain a reasonably straight cut. A piece of painter’s tape wrapped around the barrel establishes a cut line to follow, but the squaring is done afterwards at the drill press. If you’re interested, a writeup on the drill press technique is linked from the accurizing article in my signature. With some care and patience, you can even adapt the method to use a hand drill rather than a drill press.
Outstanding muzzle crown, it is a shooter, it should get better after a good bbl seasoning.A very accurate pesting rifle for the wee ones, they'll have fun I bet.

I like these little co2 rifles. Actually, thinking about it, shoot the co2 version a lot more often than the "Varminter" PCP version. You did an excellet job on the crown. Doesn't take facy tooling, but it does take the time and effort to get it right with hand tools.
