Maximathor fill adapter?

What is the walther m aximathor fill probe?  It’s unique I think. If you could provide a link to any site that would have it  that would be very much appreciated. Also what is this fill probe/adapter called?

Tried to Search  for a fill adapter for walther evanix maximathor   

 Also, would it be possible to attach a standard male foster quick attachment to one of them  directly, as would be possible with a Sumatra If I’m not mistaken.
