If you wouldn't removing 3 screw from the  plastic hand guard,
2 at the front end and 1 on the rear of the plastic hand guard,
and look in the front end of the wooden stock, to see if there is a burst disc hidden there,
and provide the last 5 digits of your serial number and add that info to a post,
so that we may have a running total info log on all these different models/styles etc.

Don I think that the shipments of the guns starting with serial numbers 1119 are burst disk models as well as with the gauge mounted on the front of the tube and fill probe.  Mike M. said that  they're not making them with the foster fill on them anymore.  The thing that really surprised me is he honestly didn't seem bothered at all by talking on the phone with me because I finally had to cut the call short because I had some things going on at the time that I wanted to take care of, I also mentioned to him that it was just about 9AM his time and that I was sure that he was probably more than likely going to be getting very busy even though I could have probably picked his brain much more than I already had.  It sure is nice when a dealer like Mike makes dealing with customers such a pleasant experience, it's not often you can make a phone call to a business like that, the only two that I'm aware of that are like that in my experience are Crosman and Flying Dragon Air Rifes.

Here's some pic's of the 702-5 I recently ordered on Monday morning and received it on Wednesday morning about the same time, very fast shipping.  On the new 702's like this the gauge is up front with the fill port and the airtube is one piece tube now.   There's a bleed block inside the tube also with a burst disk. I'll do a chrony test soon after I go through and clean up the gun some (mainly the barrel).

Questions,
That shroud is square and one piece?   Is there a LCD inside the shroud?

Compared to your other 22 cal is there a difference in sound reduction?

How is it attached to the bbl etc, very sharp looking shroud..............

Don there's nothing inside for sound dampening, it's louder than both of my 705's, I haven't taken it apart but will be dismantling for a barrel clean before I test over the Chrony.  Mike M said the easiest way is get a slip on LDC for them.  Then trim the square piece off for a good fit. I think people have done this already for the 702's

I just about have everything needed for the tear down to replace ALL the "O" rings etc, slow leak........... X  2   

What is the size of threaded bolt needed to pull the burst disc sleeve,
and what is the slot width on the valve face?

Have to use an old cheap socket to make a driver, to fit the slot in the valve face.

Don I don't know the thread size, I used air pressure once I got the degassing/burst disk sleeve up to the threads on the front of the tube.  Mike has had returns for leaking there and he made seals from delrin he said work good for sealing them up.  Fortunately I haven't had a leak in mine yet but I might eventually do that if it starts leaking there. I was in the woods again in the morning with mine and it's still impressing me in the accuracy department shooting slugs.

so i finally got a pump and some ammo for my 705-9t,  and i've noticed it has a slow leak.  it it sits it will drop pressure overnight.

where should i look forst on this thing?  the exploded diagram is a little intimidating, and i'd rather not much up my new toy.

Hi Guys, has it been brought up about tube diameters on different models? I finally got some Sentry regulators after having them lost in the mail for two months, and these are a bit narrower than they should be. I talked to the manufacturer and he said they were basing their size on a 1"inside diameter or 25.4mm, whereas my tubes are 26mm inside. I found some thicker orings I'm hoping will work but we'll see.
If any of you have an older model and are interested, maybe check yours with calipers to see it's diameter inside?

mike will take care of it FDAR has great service,,though i would try a bit of silicone lube(the divers silicone) in the fill probe to see if it just needs some lube, then unload a few mags and see how it does, tying a balloon to the fill port gauge end will tell you if its leaking there, leave it on for a while

One thing I did forget to ask Mike was what the fill port o ring is made from, I've seen them that were blue in color and on the newer ones they were red, haven't checked the new one to see the color of the spare for that.

I got 2 different Sentry's, a 705-2, 22 cal and 705-9T, 25 cal and both of them have slow leaks etc.
As soon as the rest of my parts get here, (this week, I hope), I'll tear them down and change out,
ALL the "O" rings to good ones.

I see on the newest post diagram that there is a couple of added "O" rings in a size I don't have,
those will be ordered asap.

When I have these AG down, I'll make notes on all dimensions of the parts and add the info here.
