You are referring potential sales to Mike M. and I am good with that, my experience with Flying Dragon has been stellar!
There is another member here who does some amazing mods to these Sentrys.
Mine is broke (FTF) at 3000psi and has a pellet lodged. I bled it down by to 2000psi but can not seem to go less. I need help.
Where do you fit in? If you went to SHOT show and shook a few hands and got a business card, I will not bother you.

have you tried the hand pump trick?
most likely,
shooting empty not worthy, other suggestion would be to break it down remove power adjuster and with gun un-cocked, using 1/2 pvc to compress the hammer, i got to make a tool for that,
i really haven't torn one apart i been sending them away to be torn apart for examination by an ercspert
if i remember the stem is swollen? might make that method a pain if you mess up a part let me know

At 2000psi I doubt it is valve locked...
Yes, I connected my hand pump and pumped it until the fill valve opened at 3000psi.
Then released it slow at the pump release valve... and I mean SLOW. After 3 attempts I got it down to 2000psi. But now at each attempt I have to go higher than that with the pump only to get back to where it settles at 2000.
I am thinking I will push out the pellet backwards and send it to Mike or Eric, but I am a hands on guy and that is just not in my nature. But this is my first PCP repair and I am a little skiddish working with 2000psi captured in a confined space.
I work with hydraulics and pneumatics and know what they can do.

So you are suggesting I disassemble it from the rear and use the PVC pipe to manually knock the valve open?

yes remove the adjuster and knock in the hammer , maybe also remove bolt probe o-rings to let the air out that way, with a pellet in it i would try the gauge idea from mike before i try the hammer idea, old cleaning rod to push out the pellet?

o-ring specs as per careful use of micrometer
OD- .323 in/ 8.21mm
thick- .060 in/ 1.53mm

I am bringing this topic back from the dead, just like I revived my Sentry 702-3 .22cal.

Had been putting this off, though I did degas the gun many months ago, and pre loosened any screws that needed to come out to remove the action.
As expected something was amiss with the hammer/sear movement, I removed the trigger pack, and low and behold a loose screw fell out.

I searched the gun for anyplace it may have belonged, but to no avail

One of them extra ones they sometimes toss in for free

Put it back together and all is well, and I have a new PCP to play with, all scoped and ready to go

It’s probably the screw that holds in the plastic oring retainer on back of valve. Was it a small Phillips head?

What was you issue / symptom James?
I still need to work on mine form it's FTF when the trigger was pulled. just hear a "Click" and nothing more.. I set it aside for a winter project and now winter is fast approaching.

What made me take notice, was the sear wouldn't engage, it would pull back to where it should almost catch but the bolt had about 1/4" to go to fully engage the sear. There was also an occasional rattle prior to this

I think on page 1 of this thread I posted an exploded parts list.
