Now do I just order stock for my CP1M 177 or both stock and new setup in 22 or I could leave my CP1M alone and just pick up 22 setup

Yeah.... I ordered the stock and grip set for my CP-1. I don't know if you can order just the barrel upgrade kit without a new gun. I'll see if Mike is in a phone answering mood today and ask. Figured out what that weird wing nut on the bottom of the grip is. It holds the shoulder stock on. Some thought it was for a second C02 cart.
Mike did send me an e-mail last night telling me he got these on his site. In that he did mention that he had to make some sort of adaptor for the existing CP-1. Not sure what that's about.. I guess we'll see when the surprise delivery shows up.

It's like a kit gun for the price.  I've already got the CP1-1M but the CP 2 really does come with a lot of neat stuff.  I personally am not a big fan of co2 but the way co2 acts in a bigger caliber is much differentnt, if you had a .25 caliber barrel you could really make a nice little thumper with it but then you'd need to figure out the magazine   I honestly think that a person with a lathe could make a 3K worthy HiPAC for one of these guns.  I haven't had either my Varmint or my CP1 apart but it would be neat if the valves were the same.

I have a stock set on order. Will be interesting to see if Mike can get the longer barrel/LDC sets from SPA and what the price will be?  If so, I'll make my own CP1/2-M kit!

I would agree on that, that way you wouldn't have to buy another gun to get all the frills.

Yep! This is what I'm looking for as well. I emailed him about it a couple of weeks ago already, never heard back from him yet. Either way I plan on getting a stock.
The valves are different Wayne, the cp1 anyway is missing an oring plus has the piercing parts on the front. Pretty easy to convert though. I just put a couple orings between the two halves like a qb78. It has been working well as a bulk fill co2 /hpa gun.

Kinda what I figured but would still allow the valve to use HPA as well with a HiPAC type device.  I should let Alex@HiPAC know about these guns, I know that he's barred from this forum and don't come here at all anymore.  I'd be willing to bet that he already knows about them from the Yellow forum though.

Really?   Can you elaborate on this? Please?

I did mine like the qb78 and slid it in from the back. I unthreaded the piercing pin assembly and then cut a notch in the front of the valve to use a long screwdriver to tighten it once inside the tube. Saves wrecking orings. I used a qb78 oring, and kept the valve oring as well that seals the two halves. I put another oring on the end cap. You have to drill and tap the end cap.

Someone with a lathe could convert crosman barrels pretty easily, though these snowpeak barrels sound like accurate ones, would be nice to get one. Hey Bill you could buy another  plinkster like you've been thinking and put your new CP2 stock on it. ☺️ it's got the same barrel anyway, then convert it to bulk fill or hpa. That's my plan, to use a plinkster tube.

Yea, I had to pull the trigger on two of these. I have two little neighbor boys that will love these. I originally bought the Varmint for them, but I think these as CO2 guns will be easier to use. Great plinking little deal!!!

Just talked to Mike about that very thing. You don't even need to convert because they fit my Varmint also.  The funny thing is.... they bolt right on plinkster and varmint but an adaptor had to be made for the CP-1. OH, BTW... all the CP-2 kits and the CP-1 stock sets in stock are black... no camo.

One other little insight.... According to Mike, these are not the hollow shoulder stocks like we see with the "lego" guns. These are filled solid and do add weight and balance to the gun.
