I payed $360 for mine. A good 20 AMP outlet would be fine (If you can run the refrigerator you will be fine.) I got my oil for it from Harbor Freight it is the compressor oil. The 32 oz should give you a few oil changes. If you use it like a hand pump (5 minutes on and 5 minutes off) it should be fine. I have a pony tank that takes under five minutes to fill from 2000 to 4000.

150psi. 30mpa = 300 bar = 4350 psi not 4500 psi.
