With all the talk of pickled eggs, I made some last night.  Recipe says to have them sit for 24 hours.  24 will be up later this evening but Iím going to cheat and try some at about 20 hours.  Thinking these will be delicious!  Canít wait and watch out 💨💨💨

Thanks, Randy!

Yup, it had everything I want in my ultimate burger. I think all that was missing is sauteed onions  :D

I went mad scientist cook this evening and made a "stir-fry" with stuff leftover in the fridge. Started off with sauteing onions, then nuked a few small yellow potatoes. Cubed up a chunk of pork roast, leftover from Easter. Cut up 2 pieces of bacon into small pieces and added it to the cooking onions. Once the bacon was cooked well, I added a variety pack of mushrooms. Let the mushrooms cooked for a bit then added the cubed pork. While the pork was heating up, I sliced up the cooked potatoes. Lastly, I added the potatoes to the plan and some garlic honey teriyaki sauce.
Then came time for the taste great. Hmm, it was pretty dang good! Spritz on Afterburner hot sauce, and dinner was served.

We went to Applebee's for the first time in a while. They have a French-dip now that was actually pretty good.
The Au juice was French onion soup.

So far, it had been a glorious day!

Work was super show and the weather is just fantastic! So, I got the ok to punch out at 11:30am (I start at 5:30am). I hadn't had lunch yet, so I stopped at a burger place I've been hoping to get to for awhile now: Crazy Good Kitchen.
I got the, Hot Mess and Cheese: double burgers, shaved steak, grilled onions, cheese sauce. Also, got an order of fries, of course. At $15, the shakes were just too pricey for me.
This is not a burger you eat when driving  :o

Cooked at the Lodge tonight.
Volentold again.
Burgers, fries, and onion rings.... nibbled on so many during cooking!
When you are the cook, you can saute onions in butter for a topper.
 ;D
I may have ate 3 double cheese burgers that way... before they went bad.
