Just me and the boys tonight. So, I looked through the fridge and concocted dinner: perogies and meatballs with chicken gravy. I thought it was edible, my son thought it was pretty good.

I passed on breakfast because I knew what Betty Lou was planning. I just had a giant bowl of her chili topped with Frito's, shredded sharp cheddar, diced onion and a dollop of sour cream.
And a big ole ice cold glass of milk. And IIRC, there's a nice hunk of that apple pie left in there for later.
A repeat of the chili for dinner.

For chili dinner tonight and planned on putting Frito's on it after reading your post. We didn't have any, but I had a bag of Flaming Hot Cheetos. I put them in, but Frito's would have been better.

I was grocery shopping yesterday, and found crumpets on the clearance rack. I've never had crumpets before, so figured, at $1, it was a good time to try some. Popped it into the toaster, and it came out crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Spread on some rhubarb strawberry jelly, and it was very tasty!

So, would this be considered dinner or breakfast?   ;)

I guess it should be considered breakner, since you are actually eating and not fasting  ;D

it is called Bogos, pork and sausage stew. It was from the Ultimate Instant pot cookbook. Next time I would use less sausage and more sauerkraut. Very good though.

Crappy day at work, so a liquid feast for dinner. Jack and coke with a bowl of homemade split pea soup that was made/frozen in April. They say "everthing tastes better the next day", but 9 months later this soup is GREAT.
