has anyone noticed that their wally quit selling the 88gr co2?

i was at one of three of my local wallys and they didnt have the 88s. im worried that this might be a trend cause two of my guns run on it and im down to 5. they are expensive to order online

My wife works in the sporting goods dept at our local Wallymart. It was a corporate decision to stop carrying the 88g Airsource bottles. They have all but gutted their paintball stuff which is what they carried the 88s for. You might have to go to a paintball shop to get 88s or just get an adaptor that allows you to use a paintball CO2 bulk tank. A 3.5 oz tank may fit your gun.

Just went to my local Wallyworld yesterday and they were fully stocked with the 88 gram cartridges.

I have always ordered mine from PA or SS. I only like the Walther brand. Its clean Co2. Don't know if you guys ever cut on in half but if you do you will find a grayish aluminum slime in other brands.

They have them at mine but its not Crosman some other brand. I agree with S10 after reading about the Crosman ones last year I only get the Walthers

I was in there a while ago and saw two packs on clearance, so I grabbed them. A week later they had a bunch sitting with the airsoft guns.

Ive noticed that our local walmart has clearanced every pellet rifle and equipment out, and most of its gone. I am hoping they dont completly rid of all of the airgunning equipment. Thats where I get most of mine besides PA

Was at my local (SO CAL) Walmart today....no Crosman Air Source 88G....but they had a brand called 'Visible Impact" in 88G twin packs..$9.60...my guess is they are switching suppliers as they use to carry the Crosman Air Source...
This store is going thru renovation to become a larger Walmart...stock is not all in yet...

My Walmart (in Maryland) is dismal in the airgunning area. Most of the time they don't even have 12g CO2. And they keep what limited supply of pellets they have locked up in one of those glass display cases. I've found Dick's Sporting Goods to have a better selection, though crappy at best. But I did buy a Crosman G1 Extreme from them (which I'm very happy with, btw).

I can't find 88g CO2 anywhere in my area, that's why I've never bought anything that requires it.

"Visible Impact" is a Crosman company.  Next time you're in there, look at the address on a Crosman product (gun, 12gram cartridge, etc) and you will see it is the same address on the Visible Impact.
