I shot the HW50 today. The first time with a scope. I can do better. I was having an off day. It was cloudy, chilly, and windy. If you care to see the targets click here.

I shot my modded 2240 today, yeah it's only 10 yds. but I'm happy. You can say what you want about the crosman pellets but several of my guns just love them

Thanks John, I actually bought a regular old 2240 for about $50.00 or $60.00 and started modding it. When I got done I had all of my original parts left over so I just rebuilt the original gun back. The one in the picture is at least 8 times the cost of the original

Shot the FX Crown and the S510 yesterday, today is a little electrical project for the attic lights in my 1st fl attic and closing up the space around the supply trunk for the first fl Heat pump system.

Oh yeah, I got too much invested in it too get rid of it. My kids and eventually grand kids will enjoy it someday. But it sure was a ball building it and I may not yet be done

Shot some steel circles that I scavenged from the scrap bin at work. Set them up in mole hills 50-75 yards. Used the FX Royale 400 .22 off of trigger sticks. Love shooting like this!

Thank you Jimbo! I really like it too. I think it will be one of those classic guns that will be desireable AFTER they aren’t made anymore. Even if it’s not it is a FANTASTIC rifle sure to last.

I had plans to shoot the HW50 today
It was a perfect day, sunny with mild temperatures and no wind.

Just as I was getting ready my son called. He said he was on his way over (lives next door) and he needed me to check the scopes on his Weathersby .270 and his Browning auto .30-06. Yep both scopes were way off. So I sighted them in for him at 100 yds.

Well family comes first. Hopefully tomorrow will be my day.

Nice! Trigger time with family is ALWAYS a good thing in my book.

This is me Maw shooting gummy bears and sugar cubes with the 400. She loves shooting those BIG BOOM BLAST CAPS. We collect the empty plastic soda bottles to shoot around the 4th of July. That's our "safe and sane" version of explosives at our house. The one neighbors caught the other neighbors yard on fire two years in a row on the 4th! Opps! I just don't want to buy fireworks for 8 kids to blow off. I'm too cheap like that. And our dog gets sooooooo scared when booms go off. Poor dog.

Weather turned out real nice this afternoon. Ayrabella & I shot some today. She shot her M4-177 at 12.5 meters, soda cans full of water. I shot the Terrus .177 at spinners & spoons at 30 meters. Both of us were dead on today and so were our rifles. A very good day.

People in NH are firework crazy! Firework is legal here, and we have full time dedicated firework stores. Many people around here go all out during the holidays. Setting off firework displays that nearly rivals the town's 4th of July show.
Me, I don't get the appeal. After about 5 minutes, I'm pretty much bored.
