I noticed this discussion was a little dated and I am just asking. Up here in Cypress, we got the Hot Wells shooting range, which I understand is very laid back, and I personally confirmed that they welcome air rifles. Although, I would prefer an air range if such exists.

There are no dedicated ranges that I know of. Bayou Rifles a private club has a range for rifle silhouettes. They have both .22lr and air rifle meets.  They hold a monthly meet on the first Sunday of each month. Pearland Shooting Club also has the same thing but on the forth Saturday.

East Texas Piney Woods here.  Nothing as far as airgun-dedicated ranges.  Not much of anything really.  I know of a pipeline that crosses the Davy Crockett National Forest that becons me.  When the weather cools.

I make 2 predictions;
ON THE DATE WHEN US TROOPS ARE ISSUED AN Energy Pulse Weapon,
1. The US Soldier will have on his person a version of the Colt 1911.
2. He will be aiming the NEW Weapon at someone carrying an AK47.

I just moved to the North Houston South Spring area so this is of interest to me. Unfortunately I moved into a sub division so my shooting range is quite limited. Hopefully I can buy a few acres in the not too distant future to shoot on.

Luckily I manage a storage facility so after hours I have an indoor climate controlled range.
