So I finally caught a break in the weather and decided to try my hand at shooting longer distances. Set up and shot 100 yds (actually 103 yds) and it was not as easy as you guys make it look. This was the first time shooting at paper. It was a lot different than shooting at pests at the same distance. I was so much in a hurry to get outside before the wind picked up that I didn't even notice the 4" ring was actually smaller than 4" when I printed it

Good shooting at 100, gives you room to move up in the ranking.

Great job!
Keep working on it and your groups will shrink, until then...welcome to the club!
Shooting in the off season 100yd match (and upcoming regular season matches) will give you the opportunity to practice and use any target that has a group that qualifies you for an upgrade in the club standings.

Congrats Dave, welcome to the club. I added you to the list under the Marksman Division. You clearly showed that your target printed out smaller than scale and the one shot outside the 4 MOA ring would have cut the line had the target printed out to scale.
Good shooting.

Thanks everyone.
I can't wait for another break in the weather to do that again. This is a great way to pass the time while its not hunting season. I love the looks that the neighbors give when they pass while I am laying prone in the front yard. They all seem to slow down and take a second look!
I'm not a fortune teller but I see a shooting bench in my future
