Second mag, 3 pellet and there it was.... The second worse sound I've ever heard in my life... "Let me shoot it once". My chest tightened up and ringing began lowly progressing rapidly until it reached levels to which only canines could hear. I could tell because Rambo jumped from his slumber and headed for the door. And Rambo never jumps up from his slumber unless Betty Lou is in the kitchen and unfortunately this was not the case. She took one shot and I sprung into action like I was on springs. "Is that Mac n Cheese bake I smell burning"? "Look, even Rambo smells it". Now you have no idea how hard it was for me to break the bad news to her when she came back out to inform me that the food was ok and not burning.... Oddly enough, we had run completely out of air in the tank and I just shot the very last pellet on the property. Remember that look I gave the mailman? Yeah, that one... seems Betty Lou has been standing in front of the mirror practicing because she nailed it. Just to console her I lovingly reminded her that her beloved Daisy 880 required only hand pumping and we had plenty of it's favorite pellets. And just as equally affectionately she reminded me that McDonalds was on my way to work.
Hmmmm??

I seemed to have developed the taste.
I did get a chance to run a few mags through this morning. I may have to come up with some evil female flaming red headed ghostly name. I'm having issues with the idea of falling in love with an immortal swashbuckler by the name of "SynBad". Never been my MO. Something breath taking, heart stopping... when your eyes first meet your emotions and all time freezes. Targets turning to lead on impact... Knowing she will forever be the last thing on your mind.... lol... Maybe "Medusa" ... lolNAAAA !! It's SynBad man.I shot the four choices of .22 I had on the bench. CPUM, GAMO TS22, GAMO MASTER Point and Benjamin 14.3 destroyers. This gun is NOT pellet picky. Tomorrow I will dig out my JSB Sample Pac. I might make a pellet tray and try some 28.4 gr domed Eun Jins, I have several tins of those. Surprisingly, the most dead nut accurate at 32yds were the 14.3 Benjamin Destroyers. I get those at Walmart for Willie G. Stubbs. http://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=120751.msg1169321#msg1169321

How about Synner? As for preferring destroyers - gun must have been rolled in unicorn dander, painted in fairy dust and baked in the heat of a shooting star. I can throw destroyers at a target and get as good a group as shooting them.
