After spend two weeks or so with a bad Air Venturi G4 pump I decided to try rebuilding it myself. It was either gonna be a huge mistake or a little education. I sent it back once and spent $18.00 shipping, now I had to send it back again. Even though it's still under warranty I decided to give it a go. PA offers no literature on the disassemble/rebuild steps but they did offer support over the phone. Unfortunately the o-rings needed didn't come with the pump. Fortunately i'm in a big city where anything made can be found and purchased. The steps are quite easy. I'll send the info if anyone needs it. All you need to have is the parts diagram that came with the pump
I posted earlier that I modified my stock paintball reg (800-900psi output) and figured the output pressure to be above 1800psi since it blew the 1.8k burst disk. I pumped my tank up to 3000psi and attached a gauge to the output. 2400psi!!! and less than $75.00. Some of the air leaked past the thread fitting so the photo shows a slight drop in pressure.
2400psi is perfect.

I still have my airforce pump which is same as Benji or crosman for 3 years now with no problems ,yet I hope it last for awhile ,just so i don,t have to try rebuilding it.
Just thinking about all those o-rings.

About 9 o-rings. I don't think they expected anybody to get that deep into it. The only reason i sent it back to first time was due to not being able to break the base-nut without damage to it. I didn't want it to look liks i took it apart when i didn't. This time i didn't care.
I probablly burned it up filling my tank. 100 pumps per session on a 380 pump fill. Over 40 were wasted just getting back to my last stop pressure. On top of that i had no silicone grease.
