Which pump is best?  There are 2 pump types on ebay.  One has long foot rests and one has short foot rests.  Are these better than the Benjamin?

The second one is just like the G6, you get an extra set of seals with it along with other stuff.  I have one just like #2 that I ordered for a back up, I paid $63.95 plus $9.99 shipping, it put me to $80.

It was delivered in less than two weeks and has been working great. It came with a complete rebuild kit including the check valves and replacement filters. I have only been using it for about a month now so I can't speak to the durability.

I got the same one when it was $59 + ship. ($70 total I think) about 6-7 months ago.  A lot of us bought this pump.  Some people got 2 of them because the price was so good.  It's a decent pump.  I have only used it 1/2 dozen times to fill the Disco's, but it's a great compliment to my 4500 tanks.  It only takes a couple of dozen pumps to go from 1K to 1,900psi on a Disco (I never fill them to 2K because they shoot low until they get down to 1,850-1900).  I don't plan to ever use this pump on the Condors that take 150-200 pumps.  I bet I 'd have to use those extra parts the pump came with much sooner if I did...

These variants appear to have the inlet at the top - under the handle.   Difficult to hook up a desiccant system, even more difficult to add a vendor supplied unit.   The Benjamin style is easy to add either desiccant to its inlet.

What is the best?   Any will work and all will have examples that fail.   Unfortunately.

I just ordered one, as well. Will report back when it arrives either here or in the review sub-gate. This will be a back up to my Hill mk4 and also a field pump. No need to expose an expensive one when there is a cheaper one!
