Well as much as I don't like this rifle I decided to try another one I got from my bro RBSHOOTS, its 22cal and accurate as all get out! But its a jack hammer, a recoiling beast! it shoots about 820fps ave and I just don't understand why this rifle recoils like it does for no more power than it puts out, yes I know all about the design of this rifle but it just makes no since! I shot some 18.1jsb's out of it and it tamed it a little but not much, I guess I'll have to Vortek it up and see what if it helps any if it just shot a little smoother with out the nasty recoil this would make a really nice gun! Oh ya its a Pro compact model.

  I agree Mark, my 350 was a recoiling beast too and although i never had it tuned but instead put thousands of shots through it while it broke 4 scopes, drooped terribly and kicked and torqued and in general was a gun that i learned a lot from, actually did come to shoot it well but don't miss it now that it's gone. For all that long spring and kick and jump i too am surprised that mine would only do about 775 w/ 18gr jsb's.  On another note my 350 china copy is in .177 and i'm blown away that it to does about 950fps with average .177 pellets, about the same as my gamo or crosman G1, but 6" longer and 2lb++ heavier with a lot more kick and MUCH harder to cock. Where does all that power go???

ya the reason I got this thing was to see what I could do with it as far as a tune and hopefully turn it into a good shooter that I would't hate to shoot! they do have good power potential tho but nasty recoil which I hope to tame!

Only 775 with JSB Heavies is 24 ft/lbs. That ain't not bad. I'd say that there are some issues with your Chinese M350 clone. If it's only doing 950 fps with standard weight pellets, that's low. I like my M350, although it is a handful and was not easy to learn to shoot. It is very accurate though, if I do my part.

 I agree their accurate, I can put them inside a dime at 30yds if I do my part and it a .22cal and almost get one hole even with the horrible recoil!

  I agree with you 100% Nathan, 24ftlb's was a powerhouse until just recently when some new guns surpassed it and still is a magnum by all accounts. After LOTS of practice and the right scope i got 4" 5 shot groups with it at 100 Yards...Not sure what i was griping about  and yes, the clone MUST have something wrong with it and it was shipped today for a tune so i'll soon know,  thanks,  J

820's with 18 grain sounds good to me too. Got my friend one of these for plowing my driveway all year. Sure does recoil. Going to tune it soon. Shoots  870's with 14.6 FTT's.

have some one tried the FPS with Crosman premier ultra mag 14.3 gr dome head on 350mag how much all are getting ?

in factory format thse rifles shoot any where from 800fps to 870fps with most of the 14.3 gr pellets you'll just have to run it across a chrony to find out?

       But Diana official website says its 910 FPS for .22, but not mentioned any thing about the test pellets! bit confused about actual figures !!!

you can not believe factory ratings on FPS! you can take off 100 to 150fps and sometimes more on factory claims on velocity with real world pellet weights! Factory velocity rates are achieved buy using the lightest pellets they can use, in real world use they will damage your gun and will be inaccurate! Velocity numbers sell guns, so they hype them up! your average person who gos out and buys an airgun usually doesn't have a chronograph to check velocity's and most people take the advertised numbers and claims at face value and trust what suppliers tell them about their products, its only us airgun nuts like me and others who go Thur these guns and put them Thur the tests to see what they actually do! their are very few guns out there that even come close to the factory advertised velocity's, just my 2ct

Heres a link to the testing i did with different pellets out to 28yds.  Like said above drop 100-150 fps off the listed velocity and thats ball park with average weight pellets.
