Geeze guys, I've been out of active airgunning about 15 years and now I find a bunch of enthusiasts near me! Hate that I missed your get together. Maybe I can meet up with y'all sometime this fall.
Trinh, you did not miss anything with the chicken, after it got done cooking is was like rubber.I thought I had just not cooked it right but as it turns out the other two chickens were the same way after cooking them so it must have ben the chicken, or at lest that is my excuse all I can say is sorry to the people that ate that chicken.
Do you mean nitrogen and regular high pressure air? CO2 not good for PCPs. I'm not sure if there is a performance difference in nitrogen and HPA except nitrogen is dryer and so better for PCP tanks. Different vendors price their rental and gas differently. I shopped around and decided to get the tank from Palmers Welding. It cost $8 per month rental and gas refill (drop-off and exchange) is $44.

The problem is who is going to help me carry it to the truck and back for the each fill? It sounds tempting however.
Let me know when the next Lithonia shoot will be I will go, Thanks Troy
So I got the Slayer fixed without having to send it in. Apparently the 5000 psi burst disk blew on me. Probably chinese made because I only fill that gun up to 3500 psi according to the gauge. Unless the gauge is off but I don't think it is 1500 psi off . I ended up scavenging one from a small CF paintball tank that I had. Replaced it and now it works great. Hopefully the next meet, I will have more guns to play with.
Trinh, glad to hear the Slayer is back in business. Look forward to seeing that one knock pebbles of the targets at 100 yards.
Donny, here is the link to the Picatinny rail covers. I still have couple of more bags so if you need them , let me know and I will bring them . By the way, thank you Jesse for the cricket Magazine!http://www.ebay.com/itm/US-SELLER-Universal-20mm-Weaver-Picatinny-Rubber-Rail-Covers-Hand-Guard-24-PCS-/272316915067?hash=item3f675a5d7b

Check with Sidney Lee Welding. Their gas is more expensive at $70 per refill.

I was thinking about trying to set up a group by for SCBA tanks and the fill assemblies if anyone may be interested in this let me know I want to get an idea on roughly how many people are interested before I start calling around to see if we can get any special prices.
Are we talking NEW? Or half-life?
