Hi Octavio.
Those Allen head cap screws are readily available at most hardware stores. I used  the 8/32 size and drilled and tapped for them to fit. Yes, that Minwax stain is readily available also. Don't hesitate to PM me if you have any further questions. Good luck and have fun

Thanks Scott, I need to check different hardware shops now that I now what size is best, my local "Big box" doesn't carry them, I was checking out what they call "Binding Posts" but they are too thin and short and stainless steel.

Beautiful restoration on those 1400 you did, I'm  trying to see how much I'm able to duplicate for my 1400, a big learning curve for me, was looking into those Williams peep sights, but my 1400 is an earlier variant without the Bolt action, and the bridge slide-cover will get in the way, and drilling and tapping the barrel is very intimidating for a first-timer...

I saw this when you first posted and was going to comment, got distracted, etc........  Now that its back up again, I can do it.

You did a fabulous job, those are beautiful.  There are many reasons why I like the older guns, steel and wood that clean up so well.  You went beyond that, those guns didn't look that good new. 

I'm gushing here, however to me words don't suffice when I see art like that.

Wow, those are beautiful! I love old Crosman guns. I have 2 600's, 2 MK1's and a 150 on the way. If you ever have one as nice as that red 1400 for sale drop me a line. I'll be ready to buy at the beginning of December. That's when I'm ordering my LD SE.

Yeah, the vintage Crosman pumpers are a joy to shoot, and customise. I did seven of them earlier this year. (Read obsessed here), I sold six, and kept one for my collection.
You have some nice examples on the way yourself.
