It might be easier if the gun was in hand but it's a great opportunity to learn how to "read" the velocity data and get a better understanding. I'm really enjoying this thread.

The nasty ups and downs over the first 6 shots suggest a weak hammer strike relative to the energy level it “wants” to be tuned to.  Also, either a weak, broken, or missing valve spring.

The absurd brevity of the bell curve is what bothers me most...unless the pressure vessel is the size of a tangerine.

 In this case it would be easier with the gun in hand but often as a tuner all I get is a string and a collection of thoughts what the customer thinks is wrong with the gun etc. Im trying to make it fun and informative.

Bingo!!! It blew the transfer port oring and the customer instead of fixing the issue tried to tune around it.

Yes sir to much hammer because it was dragging metal on metal so it became impossible to tune other than a Korean Cliff
