I'll say one thing, you guys definitely saved me alot of time between wasted trials and pellets!I realize that I have alot more to learn that I thought but then again that's why I'm here.Inclement weather and the return of the corn birds that are eating the same farmer's peas crops have me busy...Thanks again. i'm definitely gonna put up pics, once i get the rats.My major concern with a scope is the fact that my 125 loves to eat them, I've been going through so many posts where people said this one works and then it dies too...
I learned this in the Army . Using a scope with large objective lens allows more light gathering power , on its own . Use of a good scope on moonlit nights may let you hunt without a flashlight at all.
A rifle is like a woman. The longer you work with them, the more comfortable you become with them. You learn their little nuances, and either adjust to them and have a winner, or get rid of them and get a new one. No rifle or woman is perfect, so you have to have reasonable expectations for both. Just the ramblings of lifelong shooter and 43 years of being with the same woman.
