THINK IM IN THE RIGHT GATE?. I HAVE AN OLD BEEMAN R-10 AIR GUN I BOUGHT USED SOME YEARS AGO. IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION EXCEPT FOR SOME RUST PITS ON ONE SIDE OF THE BARREL. MY QUESTION; IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE FOR THIS?. I HAVE REDONE THE STOCK AND THE BLUING IS IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE,BUT THE PITS ARE AN EYE SORE. IS THE ONLY ANSWER TO MACHINE THE BARREL DOWN.

Or fill the pits then paint with a finish such as Gun Kote

WHAT WOULD I USE TO FILL THE PITS. MAYBE I COULD JUST FILL THEM UP AND TRY TO BLEND IN SOME FINISH OVER THEM.EVEN A BLACK MAGIC MARKER?
