Hole still too tight .... roll up a small piece of 400 wet dry and put threw the hole, spin trigger round-n-round a few turns and hole will be a a tad larger and smoother.

Anybody with some basic hand tools and the desire to improve the ergonomics spend the $25 + shipping it is money well spent
Just put come lapping compound on the bare shank of the 1/8" drill if needing to lap it a tad looser .... K.I.S.S. people

Thank you for this old thread Scott. I have ordered some of these blades for various Mrod based projects. The ergonomics of the factory straight ones have been bothering me a bit during long sessions.
