Im wondering what the hardest kicking (edit: .177) AG rifle out there is?

Are magnum springers harder kickers then others? magnum meaning 800+ fps

Of the guns i have the B3 ranks up there as far as kick IMO

edit: to change the caliber to .177 only

Benjamin trail XL725 kicks like a mule! Get consistent with one of these and shooting anything else becomes easier

I put one of these--http://vortekproducts.com/ourstore/airgun%20Springs/OEM%20Springs?product_id=172 in my Diana 350 and it is easily the hardest kicking AG I've shot. Twang-free, but plenty recoil.

my AG is 837fps and doesn't kick bad at all.

Gamo Varmint Hunter HP 1400, It gave me blood blister on my ring finger. I have had 4 coils removed to bring it to 745 FPS with 10.5 g CPH and it still broke a scope. looks like another coil has to go.

Four years, back, when we were just getting back into AGs, we picked up a Benjamin Nitro XL in 177 that had an advertised velocity of 1500 fps. In fact, I remember seeing something to that effect on the gun. First shot told me I had made a mistake, not just from the kick, but also the noise. It was honestly as loud as some our our 22 LR rifles. Worked with that gun for 6 months, using progressively heavier pellets to tame it, but the gun never did settle in and shoot with any consistency, no matter what hold I tried. Sold it. Very unpleasant gun to shoot. My mistake for buying into the hype about gas rams being softer shoot, though, of course, that one was not a typical gas ram. Have heard the new NP2 series is much improved.

Springer is a 22 caliber HW95. John in PA install a HO Vortek kit. It was shooting around 19 fpe with H+N 21 grain pellets. After a couple of months I sent it back to John to be detuned because it was so hold sensitive it was no fun to shoot .

PCP is a Edgun R3 30 caliber. 80 fpe makes a light weight bullpup kick.

My Hatsan 135 and Beeman Mach 12.5. The 470th, 155 and Silent Cat run a close second. All of them .177 and I love'em all.

D-460 in 22 is the hardest kicking I own. Great for G-Hogs. 60 yds no problem.

Dang i should of posted hardest kicking .177, im sure if there were 2 guns identical one being a .25 and one being a .177 the .25 would kick more because of the heavier projectile.

My .177 D460 probably kicks the hardest of my springers but I have a few PB's that are magnitudes more recoil wise

Same here. The 350 is more gun than I wanted to keep. First air gun to make my shoulder sore. CP ultra-mag, 10.5gr 1065 fps.
