HEY !!!  I salvaged that same mini lathe from work. Everything is there but, the motor and control panel are fried. Affordable replacements are impossible to find but, I just couldn't let it get scrapped. (the red one in the first picture)

that is my harbor freight lathe. it has been great over the last 18 years. fried the board once way back when, had it reconditioned w/ h.d. electronics and switches, and has been great since. I am not a machinist,I have great respect for people with those skills. been a little busy with stuff lately, no time to clean house yet this week.
