Your probably right Joe. I waited quite awhile before I bought one and about the time I did, reports of bad guns started to arrive on the forums. Hopefully Crosman will go over this one like they did the first 100.
Make it right Crosman or refund me.

How do you see what production # is your Maurader Pistol ?

How do you see what production # is your Maurader Pistol ?

Mine came with a serial number on the box and it shoots straight.

birthdate on my Prod was sometime in Feb 2011, first three numbers in the serial number. the box shipped from Crosman had  2/18/2011, if the last numbers indicate production on the serial #, than mine is like 712 th made , just an honest guess. I purchased it Mar 4 2011 and its only been in my hands two days         the rest of the time its been in shipping . Crosman took delivery of it today, so I'll have to wait and see what they do with it.

Man, it's unbeliveble how many Crosman guns are going back, I'm wandering how they stay afloat.

Manny, I dont know just how many end up going back to Crosman. I guess maybe a survey like the one of the first 100 Prods. I doubt that Crosman would let the general public know just how many are voluntarily "recalled" .
