Question for you HW95 owners please

The price of those HW95s at AOA is very tempting... I'm thinking about getting one to use as my "iron sight" rifle. I would most likely end up getting a Williams peep sight for it. A couple of questions please:
1- How is the front sight on the HW95? In your opinion, would it be a nice style to use with a peep?
2- What is the front sight made out of? Plastic? Metal?
3- It doesn't appear to be the type that has changeable inserts from what I've read, correct? Looks like only the 95 Luxus has that type.
If someone could post a picture of the front sight (close up) so I can see the post it would be great!
Comments welcome and encouraged!
Thanks for the input and help,
Ted

Shoot my EAA HW95 with .20k barrel and JM guts with an HW fiber optic front and highlighted rear. Had to widen the clamp a bit 'cause it is made for the HW25/30 smaller diameter barrels.

The front sight is metal (seems to be a solid cast piece) but it is not one of the interchangeable type with the different inserts. It's a basic post and very functional. When I bought my basic HW95 .177, I was expecting the front sights with inserts and initially I was a bit bummed about it. After using the rifle, I soon got over it and the post and globe sight works just fine and I don't long for any other option. Sometime simple is best!
The rear sight has the notch that can be rotated for different notch options and is easily adjustable for windage and elevation.

I have the rifle you are talking about from AA. The sights are metal . The front is a globe and post . There are no inserts
I believe the luxus version has the interchangeable inserts, but , saving $150 was a nice deal.
