Where to find CP 4-16x40 AO scope?

These scopes have been discontinued I guess.
My local walmart carries one like it but it doesn't have a mil-dot reticle.
Its something goofy called TAG reticle, which is pretty much useless for airgun use.
Anybody know where to find one, or if they made a exact replacement just updated it?

I think the TAG reticle is the only option you have at the moment if you want to go the CP 4-16X40 AO route. If you check their website they're all out of stock except the TAG versions. Amazon is selling a used CP mildot version for $71 or so. I was lucky to find 2 of these in a Walmart a few days ago on clearance for $35 a pop.

Why not look at Hammers scopes? Can't speak from personal experience but reading this forum I've noticed that many members have had good luck with this company. And if amazon pictures are correct, the Hammers 4-16X40 AO looks exactly like CP minus the branding.

Also try Stoeger Arms. I bought one of their airgun scopes for $109 which seems to be the average street price. It is a 4 to 16 power, and with a parallax adjustable, 40 mm objective. The mil dot reticle is dead on at 10 power. The objective does have a removable trim ring. This allows the use of a sun shade. The one I bought from Amazon (a Barski as I remember), fit perfectly.
