UP-DATE INFORMATION ABOUT ALS' LOWCOUNTRY FUN-SHOOT EVENT

ALL GTA MEMBERS, FAMILY and FRIENDS ARE WELCOME!

Here is a list of details that may help you better understand how best to prepare, what to expect, what to bring and how to get to this very fun and exciting Airgunning Event:

I would like to start by telling anyone considering attending this Fun-Shoot Event, that Big Al has certainly been Blessed with obtaining what really is a true "Slice of Heaven", in every aspect! It is absolutely perfect in it lay-out, provides plenty of room and is perfect in every way for having a productive, educational and fun filled Fun-Shoot Event, that allows one to shoot up to 100-yards from the firing line! You will certainly be able to put your airgun collection through their paces!

We are extremely safety oriented, in an effort to ensure a very safe and great time for all...SAFETY FIRST!

There will be several airguns for you to check out and in most cases...have the oppurtunity to shoot!

What you should consider taking with you and other details:

*Folding chairs, portable canopy/open tent of some sort for protection from the sun, protective eye wear, folding table, plenty of pellets/ammo, lots of air if PCP shooting, bug spray, shooting rest, drinks, snacks and targets-
(Although we will be providing hot dogs to be cooked over an open fire, you may still want to take along some snacks or anything else that you may want to eat or share.)

*If you have a chrony and would like to know exactly how well your airgun/s are performing, this Fun-Shoot Event is a great opportunity to do so. If you do not have one, there's always someone that does have one and I am sure would be willing to help you out with theirs-

*There's no electrical hook-ups at the "Slice of Heaven", so please keep that in mind...nor is there any running water-

*Although there is no out house, there's plenty of privacy in the surrounding woods (might want to take along some TP), and a short drive will take you to a more accommodating place to take care of business-

*I have been reading talks of Marksmanship competitions in reference to this next Fun Shoot Event, so be sure to bring your "A Game"-

*As far as sleeping arrangements for those that may want to arrive the night before, there are a few reasonably priced hotels in the area. Here's a list of some: Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn in the Santee area...close by-

*Be ready to make new friends, share stories and learn even more! In past events, many new friendships have been developed and I am sure that many more will continue to materialize.
