I use Corel for all my pictures.
But I guess any picture program will work.
I just mask the part I want, copy it and paste it in the same picture.

I made a night vision add on a few weeks back (works amazing)! 
I go out in the backyard every night and see whats lurking in the shadows.
10 years at this house I have never spotted a rat (boring) but....one of those "grass is greener" things I think.
