I can't understand why I can't shoot upward.I found a place with dove every within 40 yards but I can't shoot uphill. I tried using a balistics calculator but I can't figure out how to input elation angle. How do it? Is there an equation or a way to judge it?
Basically aim high on both. If you are using chairgun pro on a smartphone, there is a feature that uses the phone's camera to obtain an angle whether its up or down. once the angle is obtained it will automatically give you the trajectory of your pellet you are using. Practice angle shots, it will make hunting high up targets easier to shoot.

If I'm wrong on that I'm sure someone will correct me but I'm almost positive you aim low.As Bud said, your point of impact will be high.
sorry Tater, sometimes I don't know my up from down.
Boom....! I think I'm about on to it. I got 2 doves both out of trees and even thumped a crow mid flight in the back pasture. He crumpled and about hit the ground, wish I had a bigger caliber.
