R11 aka HW98

Won the Concord Benchrest 25 meter spring gun division twice.  Used an older Simmons Pro Air scope.  It has been tuned and is the only .177 gun I have that likes H&N Barracuda Match. 

Scores that event better than my TX, HW97, or Prosport.

My Detuned R-11 was the most accurate springer I ever owned . If IIRC it was shooting around 775fps with JSB 8.4's .
Traded her to my buddy Gene for a S-410C . Kirby

Wow, that's a pretty gun! And quite a shooter, from what you are saying, too. I'm surprised the heavy barracuda's do so well, especially at that power level, but as we all know, strange things can happen with spring guns, unexpected things.

I've always loved that platform, and in the FT stock, it really shines!

      When I put my PCP down, and feel like shooting a springer. The 98 is the first one I pick up. I was always a fixed barrel kind of guy. The 98 sure changed my mind.

People who assume fixed barrel springers are more accurate than a break barrel springer are making a big mistake if they have not shot a R11/HW98.  They will shoot just as well if not better and are a *(&^ of a lot easier to load.

Congratulations.  The HW98/R11 can keep up with any springer, and outperform most of them.

i have a TX200, a Prosport, and the R11. Day in and day out, as far as the 3 I own, the R11 is my first choice. Adjustability has a lot to do with that. All three are very accurate. The LGV gets a lot of rave reviews. Any of the 4 will serve you well.
