the difference in casting a bullet and a pellet is very different
the bullet mold would be a lot easier due to the way it is made /// easier fill out // bullet removal from the mold
the pellet is gonna pose more problems due to the design of the pellet skirt fill out //pellet removal from mold
if you are not familiar with casting it is hard to explain these things and there are more keeping the mold to right temp etc

casting the pellet is fast and they don't hang up in the mold can cast anything from 250 to 300 in an hour with a one cavity mold its all about technique . compare the skirt on the factory pellet it is not a good a good a quality as a cast pellet . also making your own each one can be weighed making them much more accurate Soon we will have a double cavity mold .
the pellet design is far more accurate than bullets under 1000fps
IN the coming months we will have .30 /452 /457/50 in double cavity molds available for sale so the cast rate will be around 500 to 600 an hour and the user will be able to cast 2 different weights at the same time

. I would have thought that the biggest issue would have been getting the pellet to drop out of the mold. I was thinking that the head and skirt would pinch the mold at the waist region as the lead shrank when it cools. I had not considered the problem of filling out the mold. That waist would seem to be a trick, you must run them pretty hot.

Thats interesting, i would have thought the same as the guys above. The pellet sticking to the mold and not releasing as easy as thought. Thats 10 pellets every minute (5 throws in a double cavity mold) barring everything goes PERFECT from POURING to DROPPING the pellets.

Heck, i'd be happy with a few hundred and hour if the weights are really close to one another from pellet to pellet.

I do want one of those molds though in 357.

Ill be posting a video on You tube soon guys just to show how quick you can cast the pellets . The cool thing once the double cavity comes out is been able to cast 2 different weights at the same time or 2 of the same weight .
the double cavity in .452 will be ready in 10 days.
Going to be very cool to see how fast ill be able to cast with a double cavity .
We can also supply a custom sizing die to suit your exact bore size

I've talked with Jeremy by email several times now and I'm getting ready to order one in .457 for my Evanix Sniper very soon. It's accurate enough with .454, .457, and .455 Epp/Ug style bullets but I've had this suspicion that a JSB type pellet in the Sniper would be the ticket. I'm looking forward to trying them.

Hi guys less than the cost of 10 tins of pellets .price is $135 if you would like the extra base insert to make a heavier pellets that is $25 shipping around $25 to $35 depending where in the USA you live
