would you to shoot rats?

I have seven acres that I am thinking about putting a couple of rv spaces on. I have my airgun range layed out so I can shoot 30, 40, 50, and seventy five yds. The lanes are mowed at these distances and 18 feet wide. Rats naturally live in the unmowed grass. I am thinking about putting some bait stations at each distance. Anywhoo was just wondering how many people in texas would be intersted in renting an rv space where they could shoot out to 75 yds during the day and shoot rats at night. And what would it be worth to you. Place is seven acres near centerville texas. About half way between dallas and houston just off of I-45.
